As a qualified Reiki Practitioner, my aim is to help you restore your internal balance and provide a safe space for you to switch off, let go and de-stress.

Each session you book is tailored to address your specific needs, even if that is simply to have space to relax deeply and let the Reiki energy do its thing.

I work from a quiet room in a peaceful village called Stoke Hammond in Buckinghamshire. There is parking available.

Sessions usually take approximately 1 hour, the first session is always a little longer due to capturing a little information.
